Raising the bar Fund

Raising the Bar Fund donations are unrestricted, meaning they can be spent as they come in, making an immediate difference in how individuals learn about and prepare for Hancock County's careers and industries. Since these gifts are unrestricted and can be spent immediately, they enable Raise the Bar® to operate with flexibility and responsiveness to emerging workforce development-related opportunities and challenges.

Unless otherwise explicitly designated to another Raise the Bar® fund, donations will be assigned to this day-to-day operations Fund.

 

Leadership Development Fund

Leadership Development Fund monies support ongoing leadership and soft skill development efforts championed by Raise the Bar®. Monies are directed toward impacting a community of future leaders within the K-12, career tech, post-secondary, and workplace settings.


Exposure Fund

Exposure Fund gifts support individuals with exploring Hancock County's careers and industries. Gifts enable youth and adults to engage with industry representatives through facility tours, career shadowing, guest speakers, classroom lessons, etc.


Regional Advanced Manufacturing Partnership (RAMP) Fund

Through the RAMP Fund, area manufacturers and other individuals/employers partner with Raise the Bar® to create relevant training pathways and develop current (incumbent) and emerging work associates for essential positions within the manufacturing industry.
