Our Executive Director

Tricia Valasek, MA, MPH

Tricia Valasek brings years of non-profit, facilitation, project management, and strategic visioning to the Executive Director role of Raise the Bar®. Valasek’s background includes account management, fundraising, assessment, and program management. Valasek holds a MA in Rhetoric and Writing from the University of Findlay, a MPH in Epidemiology from The Ohio State University, and a BS in Biology from Ohio Northern University. She is actively involved in the community, including serving as Board Secretary for the Findlay YMCA, Board of Trustee for the Hancock Historical Museum, and member of the Findlay (Noon) Rotary Club.

ASHLEY STEPEC-BIBLER, BS

Stepec-Bibler holds years of experience in K-12 education throughout Hancock County. She has witnessed the transformative power of learning and development and uses her passion for education to develop Hancock County’s future talent pipeline. Stepec-Bibler works closely area school districts to implement RTB’s workforce development strategies and prepare the community’s future employees. Stepec-Bibler is a life-long resident of Hancock County who holds a BS in Early Childhood Education and Training from Bowling Green State University.
