Get exposure, train for the Career You Want

There are countless resources available at the local, regional, and state levels to prepare people for careers. While youth are in middle and high school, they need to explore their career strengths and interests to find out what they do and do not like. Finding out early where their passions, strengths, interests, and abilities intersect results in less time loss and, hopefully, less money spent on preparing for their dream career.

Those already holding a high school diploma can also benefit from the resources available throughout the region and state. Ohio offers many training programs free to area employees and community members, with the intent of this training resulting in career attainment and satisfaction.

The one-page documents below allow youth, parents, educators, and adults to take advantage of existing programs that build career awareness and skills. Use the links in each PDF to connect directly with the resources for more information.
