Importance of Partnerships
Our work requires partnerships with employers, education providers, social services, and policymakers. We believe in uniting partners to collectively identify and understand workforce challenges as well as co-envision solutions that build essential trust and support. When partners work alongside us in our workforce development efforts we:
more efficiently change Hancock County’s workforce-related system
reduce duplication of efforts
appropriately steward and leverage resources and
implement productive, meaningful solutions.
Why Partners Engage
Workforce challenges know no boundaries. These challenges exist across industries, sectors, geographical boundaries, demographics, and time. Lessons learned from within Hancock County, the State of Ohio, and even across the nation routinely highlight the ineffectiveness of siloed efforts because workforce development truly is a complex social issue. No one agency, business, or even an entire sector can effect change in a way that achieves the greatest impact and measurable outcomes.
For these reasons, Raise the Bar® convenes the multi-sector partnerships necessary to change how individuals become gainfully employed in Hancock County and support our local economy. Partners engage with Raise the Bar® because:
Become a Partner
Raise the Bar® thrives from strong, diverse partners. We invite partners from all industries and sectors to join us in changing how individuals learn about, prepare for, and fill Hancock County’s current and future occupations.
